The Galileo 2x Flip Barlow increases the focal length of a telescope 2 times. The result is 2 times the magnification with the eyepieces you already have. The Galileo diagonal increases the viewing comfort and usability of Refractor Telescopes. True astronomical telescopes will produce an upside down image. This fact makes terrestrial viewing (land viewing) difficult.

Galileo Diagonals will turn the image in your telescope right side up to enable easy, comfortable terrestrial viewing. Galileo diagonals consist of a 45° 30mm Schmidt prism and are available in either 1.25.
