Many Galileo binoculars are tripod adaptable via a binocular tripod socket lockated near the center focus of the binocular. A tripod adapter is required to properly adapt the binocular to the tripod. With the Galileo Universal Tripod Adapter you can properly adapt any binocular, with 1 inch (25.4mm) of clearance between the objective legs, to any camera tripod.
